Dermxell⁺ is committed to getting every serum, device, and refill to your doorstep quickly and securely—wherever you are in the world. The following Shipping Policy explains, in plain language, how we calculate charges, handle transit issues, and communicate with you from checkout to delivery. By completing a purchase on dermxell.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms below.

1. Shipping Fees & Transit Estimates

  • Real-time rates. At checkout, fees are generated automatically using the parcel’s destination, weight, and dimensions.
  • Service options. Standard, Expedited, or Express services are offered where available; delivery windows vary by carrier and country.
  • Currency. All amounts are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

2. Order Processing Speed

  • Same-day handling. Paid orders submitted by 12 p.m. CST on a business day usually ship that day.
  • Weekend & holiday orders. Any order placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays ships the next business day.
  • Shipment confirmation. A dispatch email with a tracking link is sent immediately once the parcel leaves our facility.

3. Tracking Your Package

Track progress 24/7 with the link provided in your confirmation email or by entering your tracking number at ship24.com. Tracking data may take up to 24 hours to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees are not included at checkout unless expressly stated.
  • These charges, if assessed by local customs authorities, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • Dermxell⁺ cannot predict or refund such costs; please contact your customs office for guidance before ordering.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the parcel to the carrier.
  • Damage claims. Inspect your shipment on arrival. If contents are damaged, file a claim directly with the carrier and keep all packaging until the investigation is finished.
  • Dermxell⁺ is not liable for losses caused by carrier error, force-majeure events, or incomplete/incorrect delivery details.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Enter your full street address and telephone number exactly as required by local carriers.
  • Need to correct a typo? Email support@dermxell.com within two (2) hours of placing your order. After that time, changes cannot be guaranteed.
  • Parcels returned for bad addresses or refused delivery can be reshipped once the customer pays the full, new shipping cost.

7. Estimated Delivery Windows

  • Urban areas generally receive parcels within the advertised timeframe; outlying regions, peak seasons, or unexpected disruptions (e.g., severe weather, public-health emergencies) may extend delivery.
  • Transit delays caused by external events do not entitle the customer to compensation or refund of shipping fees.

8. Signature, Pickup & Unclaimed Goods

  • If a signature or pickup is required, the carrier will notify you. Collect the parcel promptly to avoid return or abandonment.
  • Costs arising from returns, storage, or re-delivery due to customer inaction are payable by the customer.

9. Customer Communications

  • Please whitelist support@dermxell.com; all shipping notices, exception alerts, and pickup reminders arrive via email. Dermxell⁺ is not responsible for missed communications due to spam filters or inactive inboxes.

10. Inspection & Returns Eligibility

  • Verify that the items received match your order before opening seals.
  • For hygiene and safety, Dermxell⁺ cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened, used, or tampered products except as required by law or under a specific written warranty.
